| Welcome Rehoboth Lions!Whenever a Lions club gets together, problems get smaller and communities get better. That's because we help where help is needed in our own communities and around the world with unmatched integrity and energy. Everywhere we work, we make friends. With children who need schoolbooks, with seniors who need transportation and with people we may never meet. 2012 Zone 5 Togetherness Activity: International President’s Tree Planting Project On April 28, 2012, all 6 Lions Clubs will plant trees in our own towns. We will plan for planting one or more trees in each town, in locations each club chooses and gets permission and/ or collaborates with those in charge of the location. All three towns have two Lions Clubs. We suggest each club form a small subcommittee to get this to happen. If you would all get times and places of the plantings on 4/28. |
